In what can only be described as a staggering display of irony...my new counselor is....
DRUMROLL PLEASE....
Pregnant!!!
You just have to laugh....you have to laugh or you'd have to cry.
But really, she was nice and I am hopeful that this can make a difference...

I Am 1 In 6Infertility. No one thinks it will happen to them. In reality, fertility - something we take for granted - is a miraculously coordinated orchestra of hormones and timing. In couples suffering from infertility (IF) a part (or parts) of the orchestra are not playing in key. Just one wrong note makes the seemingly simple task of procreation extremely difficult. What you said is true. If you don't laugh, you'll break down and cry.
Hope she works out otherwise. Re: Isn't it Ironic?

Well, that's crappy. Like you needed THAT. Sigh.
Sorry to hear that things have gotten worse, not better.... Hope the counselor is of some help to you....If it bothers you, I'd seek another one who is NOT pg. But that's just me! Hopefully she'll be great and very helpful. Looking forward to seeing you around more, and I hope we can support you through this. Take care, Nilla Re: Isn't it Ironic?

Wow, very ironic. I'd have to get a new counselor, but that's just me (unless she's THAT good, and it outweighs having to look at an ever-expanding belly).

They always are, it would seem. I've had my dentist, GP and ob/gyn turn up PG while in their care. Sigh.
